The first class is 40.00 and each additional class is just 30.00. If you plan to run more than 3 classes, first... you're nuts, second... call the track and RB and Nick Black will make it happen. If you are running just one class, please leave 2nd and 3rd set to "No Second Class" and "No Third Class"

Sportsman 1/8th Electric Buggy - 4 cell Battery limit
Stock Short Course Truck - RTR Motor or 17.5
PRO 2 Short Course Truck
PRO 4 Short Course Truck
$40 Entry Fee for your 1st class and $30 each for your 2nd and 3rd class.
Doors Will Open at 6 am
Controlled Practice at 6 - 8:30 am
Racing Starts at 9 am
3 Qualifiers on Saturday, 8.27.2011 (5 min for all classes)
All Mains on Sunday, 8.28.2011 (5 min for Amateur and 7 min for all Sportsman / Expert)

The dust has settled and everyone that attended will tell you that the 1st Annual Surf City Classic at OC/RC was a complete success. OC/RC saw 155 entries and 19 action packed heats. Thanks to Jeremy Felles for running an amazing program and keeping the race day flowing.
$3,000.00 was on the line for the Expert Modified classes with the big winner's for the day being Ryan Cavalieri and OC/RC local Steven Hartson both of Team Associated.
The 2wd Mod Buggy A-Main had to have been the most exciting race of the day. "RC", who was TQ for the race, made a rare bobble early in the race which allowed Hartson to make his move and take over the lead. Steven then laid down some flawless laps to check out and grow his lead to a half of a lap. "RC" had a strong push at the end but Hartson was too much on this day and took the win. Great job Steven !
